Beautiful 5 bedroom villa with own, private 16m pool. Set in 2 1/2 acres of fruit trees, mature gardens and paved terraces it overlooks the coast, 2 kms away and backs onto the 5 Finger mountain range with its stunning views. 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms,whilst the ground floor has a fifth bedroom, all are airconditioned. There is one ensuite shower room/wc and 2 further shower/wc for family use. The whole house is designed about octagonal rooms, tiled and cool, with a large dining hall (eight-sided pure black granite table!) leading to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine); the big sitting room with open fire, wrought iron sofas, bright cushions and rugs plus satellite TV and a small music centre. The rear conservatory doubles as a twin bedroom. Outside is a tiled and covered patio area with a built in BBQ, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool with its own covered bar area. The pool is lit with underwater lights and is completely private. The front 3 bedrooms overlook this area and each has its own balcony to enjoy the spectacular coastal views. There is covered parking for 2 cars and the whole drive and garden area have their own lighting which looks spectacular at night! Central heating will be installed by Christmas 2006 and the pool will be solar heated by the end of March 2007.Area Description
Lapta is a large spread out village set at the base of the 5 Finger mountain range that straddles North Cyprus. There are both sandy beaches within 10 mins drive and mountain or hill walks immediately outside your door. The North of Cyprus has many restaurants from cheap roadside cafes serving fresh seafood to more expensive restaurants serving international cuisine, all at cheap prices. Gulet (yacht) trips along the coast, fishing trips, go-kart track, horse riding, hang gliding, scuba diving (including instruction)and sandy beaches; Crusader castles, monasteries set on remote and vertiginous mountain tops, churches and old harbours, the TRNC has something for everyone.Transport
