Delightful 1 bedroomed Cottage with private pool, overlooking beautiful valley at Nikokleia Village, 12 mins drive from Paphos and beach. Cyprus. Just for couples.
A one bedroomed air conditioned cottage with a full sized private pool, tucked away in a quiet garden, only 7 minutes drive to undeveloped beaches, 20 minutes walk to local bar/restaurant, and 12 mins drive to Paphos Town. Access to the villa is via the owners pretty gardens, and guests are welcome to wander around.
Although the owners live next door they will respect your privacy completely, but are there if needed. The village is a bird sanctuary and protected area.

• Twin bedroom has spacious en-suite walk in shower/w.c.
• Overhead and moveable fans in both rooms.
• Well equipped lounge/kitchenette has air conditioning, (included in rental June - Sept)

• Private pool is regularly maintained and is 8m x 4m approx.
• Villa has gas BBQ, sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture
Rental includes:
Welcome hamperTea coffee, milk, cheese, bread, butter bacon , juice eggs and fruit in season., beer and bottled water.

• Linen and towels. Spare set supplied for 14 night durations.
• Please take your own beach towels.
• Air Con is included in rates 1st June - 30th September.
• €6 per day on request other dates. Pay there.
