NOT on a development..The villa is idyllically situated within a pretty garden, and enjoys a beachside position next to the undeveloped 2km beach. Absolutely breathtaking sea views towards the Akamas National Park and Chrysochou Bay and of course fabulous sunsets. The private pool is secluded by a thick hedge, and there is a pretty rose garden at the front. Within easy striking distance of Latchi harbour in one direction, with its excellent fish tavernas and selection of shops/supermarkets etc. and the Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas National Park in the other. Reached via a track leading from the coast road to the beach, the location of this simply furnished house is private yet not isolated.

Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa-bed. French doors to poolside terrace. 3 steps to w.c. Fireplace.

First floor: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with shared balcony and sea views. Bathroom with bath shower & w.c.

Outside: Pool with ladder access and terrace. BBQ. Shower.

Car hire advisable. Bicycle hire: Bikes can be delivered and the coast road is fairly flat.

Changeover day 2010: Wednesdays and Sundays according to bookings already taken

Refundable Damages Deposit £200

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Visit from our representative.

This villa is available for long let from 1st November and 31st March. Our Long Let rates are based on a minimum let of 3 months.
All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included.
A refundable Damages Deposit will apply.

Area Description
Rural location next to beach, peaceful. The views are wonderful, when you wake up you will want to throw open the shutters to remind yourself, or to scamper down to the beach and have it all to yourself. This villa is a one off.
We have lovely testimonials on our website..Our clients do not want to come home.
